Northern University is a fictional, all-are-completely-welcome educational institution. This university viewbook uses an original storytelling concept and original copywriting to showcase a student’s journey from freshman to graduate to working professional. Photography selection was a key component to illustrate the work’s storytelling nature which is represented further by a die-cut cover on Kraft paper that parallels a travel journal. Opening spreads feature diagonal die-cuts to emphasize the university's individuality and to persuade the reader to keep turning pages. Other highlights include vector infographics throughout the book and a student self-discovery test.
